Floor-based practice, slow and interoceptive, includes sun salutations, accessible, relaxing and calming.

Great for groups and organizations of any age and ability. Laughter is the best way to be in the present moment.

Tai Chi modified to be performed in a chair. Includes warm-ups and joint health, tai chi and qigong movements as well as energy tapping.
