empower them to LIVE, THRIVE, and BELONG.
Your Presence Matters.
By participating in this event, you’ll not only experience a rejuvenating yoga session but also take part
in something bigger—showing our veterans that we stand with them. The class is open to all levels,

Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation technique that induces a state of deep relaxation between waking and sleeping by directing attention to body parts, breath, and positive intentions. This practice is deeply restful and restorative. It is an excellent way to prepare for sleep or can be used to restore energy in place of sleep.
Guidance for preparation: Find a quiet place. Have as many pillows, pillows blankets and bolsters as you can. You will want to be in a fully supported state. Can be practiced in bed or on the floor…anywhere that you can recline or lie down.
This currently is not on my regular schedule…but will be offered as a “Pop-Up” class. Watch the weekly and monthly newsletters for announcements.
