Perfectly Imperfect Yoga classes are designed to serve those who can’t find what they need in typical yoga settings.

I can help you if you:

  • desire gentle physical and deep mental release

  • have a disability or are neurodivergent (youth or adult)

  • are an older adult wanting to feel better in your body and find connection with others

  • struggle to leave your home, but still desire social connection and physical movement

  • live with a chronic condition that is eased by gentle movement

  • are a care partner or care giver that desires connection, physical movement and a space for self-care with or without your partner/cared-for-individual

  • lead a club, group, class or organization that serves anyone that fits the above descriptions
