Tai Chi Walking is a foundational practice. Using deliberate, controlled, and soft or silent steps, the practitioner removes the automatic, mechanical momentum of normal walking. Instead, it becomes a moving meditation.
You may cultivate a Tai Chi Walking practice in its own right, or as a foundation for the Tai Chi forms or Tai Chi Ball Qigong.
This is an 8-class series that will start with basics and take you through 8 walking techniques.
Recordings will be available for 10 weeks after the first class.
