S.O.M.A Session 4

In this session, we learn a new mudra, practice three part breathing, gently move and warm up the body, then practice yoga nidra. For yoga nidra, you will need a quiet space where you will be undisturbed. It is recommended to use props to support your body so you do not feel that you need to move during the practice. A support behind the head is typical, but also possibly behind the knees or under the hands. You may want to have a blanket nearby in case you get cold. You may also want an eye pillow.
