S.O.M.A. Yoga for Grief (and other big feelings) session 2. This includes grounding, bringing senses inward, movement with breath and sound, adhi mudra, ujayii breath, body scan and restorative poses. Props needed: bolster (or firm pillow/couch cushion), lots of blankets or towels).
