Tai Chi Ball Qigong - Standing or Seated

Tai Chi ball Qigong training is a qigong exercise practice originally designed for martial arts training, but in modern practice is meditative and strengthening for the body and mind.

Traditionally a standing practice, Heidi teaches it both seated and standing.

Benefits: Improves spinal and joint strength & mobility, increases energy, and reduces stress. 

While you can purchase a wooden ball, you may use any ball you have in the house, 5-6 inches diameter or a soccer ball sized ball would work as well.

This is an 8-week series.

Recordings will be available for 10 weeks after the first class for those who are registered.
